A form submission is a request, not a confirmation. We'll phone or message you during business hours to confirm the slot, scope of work and estimated price.
Quotes & pricing
A written quote is given after the vehicle has been inspected. If new faults are found during work, we stop and call you for approval before going further.
Warranty
Parts and labour are warrantied per the specific service agreement. Hybrid battery and major component warranties are provided in writing at handover.
Liability
Vehicles left for service are insured within the workshop. We are not liable for personal items left inside the vehicle — please remove valuables before drop-off.
